We respect your time and appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts and opinions with us. On average, you can expect to receive 1-2 surveys per month. Surveys will usually take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

Results from Independent Health Insights surveys will be shared with appropriate managers and executives throughout Independent Health. Findings will be discussed and become part of the decision-making process.

No. Your privacy is important to us. Therefore individual responses will not be viewed. Your responses will only be viewed collectively with other responses to the same survey. Any personal information provided in these surveys will only be used for statistical purposes and will not be shared.

Insights is designed to be compatible with any device – laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone.

If you would like to update your e-mail address, please email insights@independenthealth.com with your name, current email address and new email address and we’ll be happy to update your information for you. We will notify you when the change has been made.
