Independent Health has partnered with Foresight Corporation to provide you with Transaction Assistant, a website that provides you with access to your HIPAA transactions and enables you to:

• View, submit or retrieve your EDI claim files.
• Correct HIPAA errors and resubmit your EDI claim files online.
• Receive proactive e-mail alerts about your claims file.
• Produce reports and perform in-depth analysis of your data.

Please call Independent Health’s e-Commerce Department at (716) 635-3911, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In order to fulfill your request, you will be required to complete a Transaction Assistant Internet Information Delivery Agreement. In addition, you will need to provide us with the following information:

• Office name
• Contact name
• Contact phone number
• Contact e-mail address

A member of the e-Commerce Department will contact you with your user ID and password.
