For 2027: PERS units are covered in full on Independent Health’s Assure Advantage® HMO C-SNP, Encompass 65® RED 044 HMO, Encompass 65® HMO without prescription coverage and on Independent Health’s Encompass 65® RED 045 HMO plan (the 045 plan includes the option of a wearable smart watch).
